Since she was a teenager, Lauren had a growing passion for the hospitality industry. The fast-paced, ever changing industry that is all about people truly inspired her. Lauren found herself working at multiple venues in St. Louis, learning how to to achieve great service and how to customize the guest experience, which drove her creative spark to solidify her career path. Throughout this time, she planned many events through roles in both luxury weddings and corporate business. Lauren has planned a wide variety of events her my decade-long career for many clients, including Fortune 500 Companies, Presidential Candidates, National, Professional, & Collegiate Sporting Teams, and Media Outlets including CNN and Bloomberg News. Combining her ten plus years of being in the hospitality industry with her love for all things love, she strives to provide the ultimate guest experience to each and every one of her clients, for all their special moments.

There is no such thing as a "one woman show"

Rendi is our newest team member here at LZ Event Co and she has been the best addition! As Event Producer, Rendi brings an incredible background of event management expertise. From being our document guru and timeline specialist, Rendi is able to keep our clients and vendor team on pace- and even ahead of schedule. On event days, Rendi serves as Team Lead and coordinates with our vendor partners to ensure the day goes off seamlessly, without a detail missed.
